4 days Masai Mara & Nakuru
A 4 days Masai Mara & Nakuru with the most iconic sightings of the big game and big cats. Masai Mara features stunning views rugged landscape, warm and welcoming people, and an exciting array of wildlife, the park is famous for hosting the Great wilderness Migration from July to October, while Masai Mara is classic, on the other hand, Lake Nakuru national park is a rift valley lake surrounded by bushy and wooded grassland. It is best known for its millions of pink flamingos nesting along the shores along with other water birds.
Detailed itinerary
Day 1: Arrival at the airport
On arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be welcomed by your safari driver. You will be briefed about your 4 days safari as you refresh and relax from your journey, thereafter depart for a scenic drive to the world-famous Masai Mara. En route stopover at the edge of the Rift Valley escarpment to see the stunning views. You will also see the Masai people on the way, who still live by their tradition no affected by modern civilization. Check-in at your lodge and you will be served a hot buffet lunch. Later in the afternoon, you will be taken for a game drive in the park. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Game drive and viewing
Today you will explore the great Masai Mara. After an early morning breakfast, set off for your game drive. You may stop and walk at special sites such as rivers where you can see hippo and crocodiles. Return to the lodge where you can enjoy a refreshing swim before your buffet lunch. Later in the afternoon, leave for another game drive to explore another part of the reserve this time following different tracks with in the park. On this day you have optional lunch offers at the lodge or picnic lunch. You have lunch then and roll in for another game drive. Return to the lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Transfer to Lake Nakuru National Park
After a buffet breakfast, depart for Lake Nakuru National Park, the park has unmatched beautiful scenery, a variety of water bird species to a variety of wildlife. The lake is famous for its vast number of pink flamingoes. You will arrive lunch and proceed for hot lunch at the lodge and later have a late afternoon game drive. Expect to see the rich diverse game in the park such as black and white rhinos. You will also be taken to a cliff viewpoint overlooking the lake. Dinner and overnight at Flamingo Hill Camp/ Lake Nakuru Lodge/ Sarova lion hill lodge/ Sopa lodge/
Day 4: Departure
Wake up so early and have a final morning game drive with the expectation to see the big cats, spotted hyenas among other wildlife species. Return to the lodge, have a late breakfast, and check out of the lodge back to Nairobi with brief stops at scenic points along the Rift Valley Escarpment. Arrive in Nairobi by lunchtime. Transfer to the airport for your flight home or Hotel of residence. End 4 days Masai Mara & Nakuru
